We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, downtime, data issues, pricing changes, or service changes caused by third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts, subscriptions, and access to these third-party systems unless otherwise agreed.

7. Quotes, Fees, and Payments

Any quote or pricing provided by Paybys is valid only for the period stated in the quote. If no validity period is stated, the quote is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Payment terms will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Paybys may suspend or stop services if invoices remain unpaid after the due date.
